DETAILS OF THE PRIZES AND HOW TO ENTER THE SWEEPSTAKES ARE CONTAINED IN THESE OFFICIAL RULES. NO PURCHASE IS NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN THE SWEEPSTAKES. A PURCHASE WILL NOT INCREASE THE CHANCES OF WINNING

The Sunward (“SLFCU”) Online Banking Enrollment Sweepstakes (the "Sweepstakes") is open to Sunward members who are legal residents of New Mexico and at least 18 years of age at the time of entry. Employees of Sunward and their immediate family members (meaning spouses, parents, siblings, and children living in the same household) are not eligible. Employees include officers and directors.

Sweepstakes Period.

The Sweepstakes begins on July 2 2022 and officially ends at 11:59 p.m. MST on December 1, 2022 ("Sweepstakes Period").

How to Enter the Sweepstakes. Visit Sunward.org and enroll in Sunward online banking. Sunward members who enroll between July 2, 2022 and December 1, 2022 at 11:59 pm MST will be considered Sweepstakes entrants (each such Sunward member, an “Entrant”).

Prize Drawings, Amounts, and Odds of Winning: There will be four (4) winner(s) (each, a “Winner”) of the Sweepstakes selected from Entrants during the Sweepstakes Period, with prize drawings and amounts as shown in the table below. Note that Entrants must have enrolled in Sunward online banking no later than the day before a prize drawing date to be eligible for the prize drawing held on that date.

The decisions of Sunward, including the selection of Winners, are final and binding on all matters relating to this Sweepstakes. Odds of winning depend on the total number of Entrants during the Sweepstakes Period.

Winner Notification, Awarding of Prize, and Tax Reporting.  After a Winner of a Prize is selected, they will be notified by email and by secure message within online banking, and the Prize will be deposited into the Winner’s Sunward primary savings account. Each Winner is solely and fully responsible for any and all applicable federal, state, city, and local taxes (including income and withholding taxes) on the value of their Prize, and, if applicable, will be issued an IRS 1099-MISC tax form for the value of the Prize.

Limitations: Limit one (1) entry per Sunward member during the Sweepstakes Period. Limit one (1) Prize per member for the Sweepstakes Period.

Disqualification. Each Entrant represents and warrants that his/her entry conforms to these Official Rules and understands that Sunward, in its sole discretion, may disqualify the entry for any reason, including if it determines, in its sole discretion, that the entry fails to conform to these Official Rules in any way. Sunward in no way promotes illegal acts, and any and all entries which include or promote illegal acts will be disqualified. Entries generated by script, macro or other automated means or by any mean which subverts the entry process are void. Any attempt by any Entrant to obtain more than the allowed number of entries per member by using multiple/different email addresses, identities, registrations, logins, and/or any other methods will void any entry by that Entrant and could result in disqualification from this Sweepstakes and/or disqualification from all future sweepstakes by the Sunward and at Sunward’s sole discretion.

Agreement to Official Rules. Participation in the Sweepstakes constitutes Entrant's full and unconditional agreement to and acceptance of these Official Rules and Sunward’s Privacy Policy at PrivacyPolicy and to be contacted by email. Sunward reserves any and all rights to solely interpret and administer these Official Rules which shall be final and each Entrant agrees to abide by all Sunward decisions regarding this Sweepstakes. In the event of any discrepancy or inconsistency between the terms and conditions of these Official Rules and disclosures or other statements contained in any Sweepstakes-related materials, the terms and conditions of these Official Rules shall prevail, govern and control.

General Conditions. Sunward reserves the right to cancel or modify the Sweepstakes for any reason, including, but not limited to, if fraud or any other factor impairs the integrity of the Sweepstakes or Sunward’s ability to award Prizes as determined by Sunward in its sole discretion.

Sunward's failure to enforce any term of these Official Rules shall not constitute a waiver of that or any other provision.
