Security and Your Sunward Accounts

With scams becoming more common, keeping your online accounts safe should be a top priority. Use caution if you receive a call, email, or text message that appears to be from Sunward and remember: We will NEVER ask for your online banking credentials or for you to transfer money.

If you do receive a message that you suspect to be fraud, do not answer or engage in conversation. Instead, call our Contact Center, open Monday – Friday from 7:30 a.m. – 6:00 p.m. and Saturdays from 8:30 a.m. – 2:00 p.m., or send a secure message in online or mobile banking. Additionally, you can email scamreport@gosunward.org to report a scam. A Sunward representative will get back to you during regular business hours if more information is needed.

Sunward will only send you a text message if you have opted-in to receive SMS messages. If you receive a text containing a link and have any concerns about the legitimacy, we encourage you to contact your loan officer directly to verify the message. You can also call us at 505.293.0500 or 800.947.5328 and select the option for Consumer Lending or Mortgage to be transferred to a loan officer to verify the message came from Sunward.
