View your digital card in online banking
If your card is already activated, follow the steps below:
- Log in to online banking.
- Select Card Services and click Card Controls.
- Click View Details.
- Select a method to receive your MFA code, enter your code, and click Verify.
- Your card number, expiration date and CVV code are now displayed!
If you have not yet activated your card, follow the steps below:
- Log in to online banking.
- Select Card Services and click Card Controls.
- Click Finish Setup, click on Card Activation: Activate Your Card, and then click Use Digital Card Display.
- Select a method to receive your MFA code, enter your code, and click Verify.
- Your card number, temporary expiration date, and temporary CVV code are now displayed!
View your digital card in the mobile banking app
If your card is already activated, follow the steps below:
- Open the Sunward mobile app.
- Tap on More, tap Card Services and then tap Card Controls.
- Swipe right or left until you reach the card you’d like to view details on.
- Tap View Details.
- Select a method to receive your MFA code, enter your code, and tap on Verify.
- Your card number, expiration date and CVV code are now displayed!
If you have not yet activated your card, follow the steps below:
- Open the Sunward mobile app.
- Tap on More, tap Card Services and then tap Card Controls.
- Swipe right or left until you reach the card you’d like to view details on.
- Tap Finish Setup, tap on Card Activation: Activate Your Card, and then tap Use Digital Card Display.
