Sunward is teaming up with Sandia National Laboratories to collect new and gently used cat and dog supplies for their annual Homeward Bound Pet Supply Drive. Collected items will be donated by SNL to rescue groups that provide shelter to pets in need.
Donate at any branch from June 5 to 9. The drive ends at 1 p.m. on June 9th at Central New Mexico branches and at branch-close for Farmington and Livermore locations.
Donations will support several animal rescue organizations in Albuquerque, Rio Rancho, Edgewood, Los Lunas, Farmington, NM and Livermore, CA.
MOST REQUESTED DONATIONS INCLUDE:
- Collars, harnesses, and leashes for all sizes
- Towels
- Wet and dry pet food (for puppies, kittens, and adult dogs and cats)
- Puppy pads
- Kitty litter
- Cat and dog toys
- Frontline Plus for small animals
