No account numbers are shared.
You can send, request, or receive money with Zelle®. To get started, log into Sunward's mobile app. Select Zelle® from the bottom menu.
To send money using Zelle®, select a contact or add a trusted recipient's email address or U.S. mobile number, add the amount you'd like to send and an optional note, review, and hit “Send.” The recipient will receive a notification if they are enrolled in Zelle®.
To request money, choose “Request,” select the individual, enter the amount, include an optional note, review, and hit “Request.” If the recipient is not enrolled, you must use their email address to request money.
To receive money, share your enrolled email address or U.S. mobile number. The money will be sent directly into your Sunward account.
Keeping your money and information safe is a top priority for Sunward. When you use Zelle® within our mobile app, your information is protected with the same technology used to secure your Sunward account.
Zelle® is ideal for sending money to family, friends, and people you know, like a personal trainer or babysitter. Since money is sent directly from your account to another's bank account within minutes1, Zelle® should only be used with trusted contacts.
Zelle® does not offer purchase protection, so only send money to people and businesses you trust.

Some small businesses accept payments with Zelle®. If they do, you can pay them directly from the Sunward mobile app using their email address or U.S. mobile number.
Zelle® does not offer purchase protection, so only send money to businesses you trust.
Zelle® requires both the sender and recipient’s bank accounts to be based in the U.S.
Zelle® payments cannot be reversed. You can only cancel a payment if the person hasn’t yet enrolled. Go to your activity page, select the payment, and choose “Cancel This Payment.”
If the person has enrolled, the money cannot be canceled. If you sent money to the wrong person, please contact Sunward's Contact Center at 505.293.0500 or 800.947.5328.
No, Sunward does not charge any fees to use Zelle®. Your mobile carrier's messaging and data rates may apply.
Limits are set by each financial institution. Sunward members can send up to $1,000 per transaction, with a $1,000 daily limit.
Sunward business accounts cannot enroll with or use Zelle®. Zelle® should only be used with personal accounts.
