In March 2018, Sunward upgraded our online and mobile banking systems to bring a modern, consistent look and functionality across computers and mobile devices. The system replaced CU@home® Online and the CU@home mobile app. No changes were made to Business Online at this time.
With technology playing an increasingly important role, it is imperative that we offer online banking with new features that work the same way no matter what device you’re using or where you access your accounts.
MEMBERS HAVE ACCESS TO NEW FEATURES AND BENEFITS.
The upgraded system includes:
- Enhanced functionality for mobile app users
- More robust options for account alerts
- A more customizable experience
- The ability to set savings goals and track your progress
- Two-factor authentication through email or text message
Functionality that was available only in the desktop version, such as the ability to send and receive secure messages and view eStatements is now available in the mobile app. We’ve also made it quicker to access the mobile app and check your balances. Both Android™ and Apple® users can set up a fingerprint or PIN login, and the opt-in “balance peek” feature allows you to view balances without logging in.
The desktop version is customizable, allowing you to select which functions you want to see and arrange them so the ones you use most often are at the top.

A valid email address is required to use the new online banking system. If we do not have an email address for you – if you’ve never provided one, or the one we had for you was removed because it’s no longer valid – you will be prompted to enter one before you can use the new system.
