The Sunward Mountain Bike Sweepstakes (the “Sweepstakes”) is open to United States residents who are 18 years of age at the time of entry. Employees of Sunward and their immediate family members (meaning spouses, parents, siblings, and children living in the same household) are not eligible. Employees include officers and directors.
Entries for the Sweepstakes will be accepted between April 29, 2025, and June 30, 2025, until 06:00 PM MT (the “Sweepstakes Period”). To be considered an eligible Sweepstakes entrant (each such Sunward member, an “Entrant”), individuals must meet Sunward’s New Member Bonus requirements by becoming a new member of Sunward, in person, at the Durango Branch location, not have opened a primary membership account within the past 180 days and provide a valid email and phone number. New members must open and fund a $1 primary savings account and a Quick Cash or Money Manager Checking account. Within 90 days of account opening, at least one qualifying debit transaction must be completed and $500 or more in qualifying deposits must be made for two consecutive months. One (1) Grand Prize winner will receive a mountain bike valued at approximately $5000 and five (5) additional winners will each receive a $100 gift card to a local restaurant/shop (to be determined). These (6) winners will be selected randomly from eligible entries received during the Sweepstakes Period.
The prize drawings will take place within approximately 90 days following the end of the Sweepstakes Period. Winners will be notified by email or phone call no later than October 3, 2025. The odds of winning depend on the total number of Entrants during the Sweepstakes Period. Limit one (1) entry per Sunward member and one (1) prize per member.

Participation in the Sweepstakes constitutes Entrant's full and unconditional agreement to and acceptance of these Official Rules and Sunward’s Privacy Policy at https://gosunward.org/privacypolicy/ and to be contacted by email and/or phone call. Sunward reserves all rights to solely interpret and administer these Official Rules which shall be final, and each Entrant agrees to abide by all Sunward decisions regarding this Sweepstakes. In the event of any discrepancy or inconsistency between the terms and conditions of these Official Rules and disclosures or other statements contained in any Sweepstakes-related materials, the terms and conditions of these Official Rules shall prevail, govern and control. Sunward reserves the right to cancel or modify the Sweepstakes for any reason, including, but not limited to, if fraud or any other factor impairs the integrity of the Sweepstakes or Sunward’s ability to award Prizes as determined by Sunward in its sole discretion.
