Mobile Deposit

Deposit checks anywhere with mobile deposit. Your money will be in your account with just a picture and a few clicks.

YOU MAKE A MOBILE DEPOSIT IF YOU:

  • are enrolled in online banking;
  • have not opted out of shared branching;
  • have a checking account, savings account, loan, or credit card.

HOW DO I COMPLETE A MOBILE DEPOSIT?

Write 'For Remote Deposit Only, Sunward, Date XX/XX/XXXX, Account #' on the back of the check. Then log in to online banking and follow the prompts in the Deposit Checks widget.

WHAT DO I DO WITH THE CHECK AFTER MAKING A MOBILE DEPOSIT?

We recommend you file and retain the check for 60 days. Then, the check may be destroyed.

WHEN WILL MY MOBILE DEPOSIT BE AVAILABLE?

The first $2,500.00 will be made available immediately. Up to the next $3,025.00 will be made available the second business day, and any remaining funds will be available on the fifth business day after the date of your deposit. Learn more.

IS MY MOBILE DEPOSIT SECURE?

Yes. Sunward's online banking app is secure and all data, including your deposit, is encrypted.

CAN I MAKE A MOBILE DEPOSIT IF I DON'T HAVE A SMARTPHONE?

Yes. You may deposit checks from any device. Simply select the Deposit Checks widget in online banking to upload a picture of the front and back of your check.
