How to Make a Home Loan Payment

Please note: The steps below are for home loans opened in 2016 and after, and exclude HELOC payments.

Log in to Sunward online and mobile banking and navigate to the “Pay and Transfer” tab
On a mobile device, this tab will just be labeled “Transfers”.
Tap the purple “Make a Transfer” button
Select “Single Transfer” from the “Transfer Type” dropdown
For the “From Account”, select the account you would like to take the funds from.
For the “To Account”, pick your Mortgage loan from the dropdown.
Select “Payment Type”.
Select the desired frequency from the dropdown.
For a one-time payment, select “One Time”. If you'd like to schedule recurring payments, select from the listed frequencies.
Select the date you would like the payment(s) to be made.
(OPTIONAL) Add a Memo or description to the payment.
Hit “Review Transfer” at the bottom of the screen
Review your payment, and if all information looks accurate, click “Submit Transfer”.
To view the transaction history of your loan, just click on the loan via the homepage.
