John Addison (Member since 2011): One night I was looking on my phone and I saw charges from around the country in multiple places.
Donavan Silva (Branch Manager, Cottonwood): So I was able to ask some questions and really get to understand like what was going on, so that way we could immediately put a freeze on the account to stop it.
John Addison: And he allowed me to pour my heart out before he actually replied.
Donavan Silva: We were able to find out that it wasn't Sunward that actually called, and in this scenario specifically it was the fraudsters that called you.
Jacob Rodriguez (Financial Service Consultant, Cottonwood): I told John, no matter what, we're going to figure this out. I could just see in that moment that he just trusted me.
John Addison: He stopped immediately, dropped everything they were doing.
Jacob Rodriguez: You know, I think that we take pride here at Sunward that anybody that walks through the door we want them to feel like a superstar. That at the end of the day, that we are their friends, and um, we want to make sure that they're, they're heard and taken care of.
John Addison: When I came in, I felt like I was a victim. When I left, I felt like I was a partner. Like, man, I'm the reason why this place exists, and they're gonna take care of me no matter what
