APY if dividends are not withdrawn during the term. Share accounts are federally insured to at least $250,000 by the National Credit Union Administration (NCUA), an agency of the US Government. Yields determined at the time of investment. Dividend Rate and APY may change at the discretion of the Board of Directors. A penalty may be imposed for early withdrawal. IRA Term Certificates are available to personal members only. Standard Term Certificates are available to personal and business members.
The 4.00% APY is a promotional rate available for a limited time and applies to new 24-Month Certificates funded with new money. New money is defined as funds not currently on deposit with Sunward.
FLEX Account
The 16-month FLEX Account gives you a fixed term, a strong rate, and added flexibility. You can withdraw up to 50% of the funds once per calendar month, penalty free.

Sunward's 16-month FLEX Account is designed for members who want
certificate earnings with some access to their funds. A promotional rate
is available for a limited time, with the account then continuing as a
standard 16-month FLEX Account. On the promotional rate, additional
deposits may be added during the first 90 days after account opening.

During the term of this FLEX Term Certificate, the account owner may withdraw up to 50% of the account balance once per calendar month without penalty. If more than 50% of the balance is withdrawn, a penalty will be applied to the amount exceeding 50% that is equivalent to 180 days' worth of dividends on the remaining amount. Withdrawals that reduce your qualifying balance will result in a lower rate for the remaining balance and term. A penalty may be imposed for early withdrawal. Available to personal and business members.
*The 3.75% APY is a promotional rate available for a limited time and applies to new FLEX Term Certificates with balances of $100,000 or more.
