Due to an error, some credit card payments made online between November 22 and November 24 were not processed correctly. Sunward has identified and corrected the error, and those payments will be made this evening, November 29, and will be back-dated to the scheduled payment date. No late fees will be assessed, and interest will not be charged unless there is an outstanding balance on your credit card account after the scheduled payment date. Please note that these corrections will be displayed on your December credit card statement, and in online banking as of November 30.
If you have made multiple payments in online banking to the same credit card on the same date, the payments will be combined and will be credited in two business days. Payments will continue to be back-dated to the actual payment date, and you will receive immediate credit for those payments.
