Unlock Your Cards, Change Your Controls Before 9 p.m. Mountain

The CardNav app will be unavailable from 9 p.m. Tuesday, November 7 to 3 a.m. Wednesday, November 8 Mountain Time to prepare a new version of the app. Users will not be able to log in to the app during this time.

If you expect to use your Sunward debit card, please make sure you have unlocked your card and lifted any controls before 9 p.m. Mountain Time Tuesday. Card controls include geographical limitations, spending limits, transaction types such as online purchases, and more.

We apologize for the inconvenience.

The app update, which will be available in late November or early December, will include several new features, including the ability to enter foreign travel plans into CardNav.
