Sunward has a new feature that allows members who call our Contact Center to request a call back instead of waiting on hold for the next available representative.
When calling our Contact Center, you will hear an estimated wait time and receive an update on your place in the call queue every 60 seconds. If you are still on hold after two minutes, you will be given an option to request a call back from one of our representatives. Selecting to receive a call back will not lose your place in the call queue, as all calls are handled in the order they are received. The time it takes to be connected to one of our representatives will not be impacted if you select to receive a call back, or if you decide to stay on hold.
