Members can use chat to ask questions and get assistance Monday to Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. MT, and on Saturdays from 8:30 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. MT. Wait times will vary based on demand.

For your privacy and security, do not include sensitive or personal information, such as account numbers and online banking IDs, when chatting directly on the website. When the button is not displayed, it means all available representatives are assisting other members. Please wait a few minutes, reload the page, and click the button when it appears.
