Business Online & Mobile Banking
Sunward business members can manage all of their Sunward business accounts online. Get the functionality that’s right for your business with one of the choices below. Learn more at gosunward.org/business-online.
- Standard Online Banking is free and includes features such as Bill Pay, Business Admin, and QuickBooks downloads. Members can self-enroll using the instructions below.
- Premium Online Banking with ACH is $35 per month and includes the above features plus Business ACH for payroll and other ACH transactions, and the ability to create multiple sub-users via Business Admin. Members should contact a Sunward Business representative to enroll.
- Premium Online Banking with Merchant Capture is $60 per month and includes the above features plus Merchant Capture. Members should contact a Sunward Business representative to enroll.

You’ll get secure 24/7 access to your accounts with Sunward’s free online and mobile banking system. Save a trip to a branch and make deposits, pay bills, view statements, send a secure message, chat online with a Sunward representative (during regular business hours), and much more – right on your computer, smartphone, or tablet. How to Enroll in Business Online Banking
- Go to gosunward.org/online-banking and click Enroll in Online Banking. Click Register as a Business
- Read the Online Banking Agreement and Disclosure and click the “I agree” checkbox.
- A PDF Access Confirmation area will appear below. You must click on the Open PDF link to confirm you are able to open PDF documents and retrieve the access code. Enter the code and click Continue.
- Input the following required information:
- Your Sunward membership and account number
- Your Employer ID Number (EIN) or Tax ID Number (TIN)
- Next , enter two of the following three pieces of information and click Continue.
- Your email address
- Your phone number
- Your ZIP code
- Create a username that is a minimum of 8 characters and a maximum of 32 characters. Your username is not case-sensitive. Select how to receive a temporary password, either via email address or phone number already on file. Click Continue.
- Enter the temporary password you received. Click Log In.
- Create your new password. Click Continue.
- Verify/input, if missing: Email, Phone Number, and Time Zone. Click Continue.

After You Enroll: Deposit Checks, Set Up Payments, and More
After you’ve enrolled in Sunward online banking, you can use the system to meet your financial needs. Here are just some of the things you can do:
- Deposit checks quickly and easily by taking or uploading a photo.
- Transfer money between your Sunward accounts, your accounts at other U.S. financial institutions, or to other people in the U.S.
- Pay your bills online for free.
- Schedule single or recurring payments and transfers.
- Apply for loans and open new accounts.
- View monthly expenses, track spending, and set spending budgets and savings goals.
- Use Card Controls to set purchase alerts, turn cards on or off, set transaction limits, and more.
- Opt in to eStatements and eNotices to reduce the amount of sensitive information in your mailbox.
- Send us a secure message.
- Chat online with a Sunward representative.
- Request services such as skip-a-payment requests.
- Submit travel plan notifications.
MOBILE BANKING
After you’ve enrolled in online banking following the above steps, you can set up the free Sunward mobile banking app on an Apple® or Android™ smartphone or tablet. Within the App Store or Play Store, search for “ Sunward Mobile.” Go to gosunward.org/mobile-app for links and more information.
IF YOUR BUSINESS ALREADY HAS Sunward ONLINE BANKING ACCESS
If your business already has access to Sunward online or mobile banking (for example, due to opening a Sunward loan after July 2021), you do not need to re-enroll. Your ACU business accounts will appear in Sunward online banking as of July 2.
